After months of calling and numerous emails to support asking about percentage/strength of medication in bottles and equine dosing we are frustrated. The representatives answering the phone will not provide any information we need to administer treatment, we are told there is no one knowledgeable on this product or anyone that can help and to email support. The labeling doesn’t provide any equine dosing information or anything about the percentage of kg of medication contents inside bottle. They are advertising medication treatment for EPM for horses but it seems to be a scam. They refused to provide labs on product to help us determine strength and dosages. This company is scamming, we will be shipping the product to lab. I’m surmising the product contained in the bottle isn’t what they are saying it is. Any reputable company selling medications would be more forthcoming and concerned. Labeling is not following fda/ag/gov regulations. The phone numbers listed for tolrazurilshop.com are all Google phone numbers and address is just mail delivery and incorrect as well. Response: please provide manufacturer/owner of who you are selling. Clearly, bottles labeling stated you are the business as you are advertising that. I ordered 8oz bottles and received 4oz ones. No big deal I called and they said oh we'll resend your order. I got that quickly enough but noticed the Fenbenazole was completely different. The first one was thick and white like normal fenbenazole products. The second one they sent was almost clear with a tiny amount of white powder at the bottom when allowed to settle. I contacted them on August 6th via their Facebook page and was asked for video and pictures which I sent and they apologized and said they would send a replacement product out that day. I waited 3 weeks and never received it so 3 weeks later messaged for an update. The message was read but ignored. I spoke to several other breeders I knew that had all ordered after I had once I told them about the place, out of the 4 I spoke to two had gotten normal looking products and 2 had gotten the batch with the mishap. I figured they were busy or checking into it so waited another 9 days before messaging again today and was asked for my order number then promptly blocked from their Facebook. This is not a way to run a business, I was never rude and told them I understand mistakes happen. I am very disappointed in the customer service. I'm more than happy to provide my order info and screenshots and videos if needed. I simply wanted a replacement for a med that was compounded wrong there was no reason to block me or another breeder I spoke with today they had also blocked. Let me figure out how to post my order details and proof I can no longer send messages to you via Facebook after checking on the status of my replacement since you feel the need to call me fake and slanderous. I am most certainly real, my order was real and I've had this email account for over a decade. The order was 21271, ordered with my husband's card same last name to our business account my kids kennel.
