UPS: UPS Two-Day, Three-Day & Ground do not guarantee Saturday delivery. This is business day only UNLESS you contact us and we mark SATURDAY delivery, which incurs an extra cost.

****Please be aware that we are not Amazon and do not receive the same shipping privileges. We DO NOT offer Sunday delivery.****

Restocking Fee Policy

At ToltrazurilShop.com, we strive to provide the best customer experience. However, when an order is canceled or returned due to non-delivery, we incur costs that we must account for. Therefore, the following restocking fee applies:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If you cancel your order after it has been processed but before it ships, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing fees and restocking.
  • Returned Orders Due to Non-Delivery: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package, or refusal of delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please double-check your shipping address and ensure availability to receive your package to avoid these fees.

Shipping: For Standard Priority Shipping, please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Times may vary depending on your location. Our shipping quotes include time to process, pack, and ship your order. Domestic orders received by 3PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped same day. Orders received after 3PM EST, will be sent out next business day. Orders received during American National Holidays will be shipped next business day.

Expedited Shipping: Overnight Shipping is processed the same day and will go out if order is placed by 3PM EST. Orders will arrive in 1 business day. We can ONLY accommodate Saturday delivery if you choose Emergency Delivery. For Saturday Delivery the order must be placed by 4PM EST.

International orders will be shipped same day if received by 4PM EST. Any order placed over the weekend, will be shipped the next business day. Orders received during American National Holidays will be shipped out the next business day.

All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. The buyer is always responsible for all shipping costs. International paperwork, if needed, is included in the initial 2 kgs of your shipment. Since we are an international distributor of equine vitamins and supplements, we cannot guarantee entry of your product. We do insure for damage, but cannot be responsible for importation denials, delays, or possible seizure. Although most of our products are nutritional supplements, they may not be recognized or approved by your governing bodies. So far we have not had any problems other than an occasional delay. We will provide all of the necessary paperwork to assist you whenever possible, but again, the buyer is ultimately responsible for their purchase and shipment, unless it’s damaged in transit.

We ship under very strict conditions to known high-risk fraud countries such as Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Lebanon, Macedonia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Ukraine, and Vietnam. Orders to these countries require approval from the Credit Card issuing bank first . We don’t refund if a package gets lost in shipping to countries that have a score 5.0 or lower on the “The 2006 Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index”.

Returns: All sales are final. In the event that we ship you the wrong product or the product is damaged during shipping, we will either offer a refund, or send replacement(s) immediately to your satisfaction. Please be sure to check your order prior to finalizing your order to prevent any mistakes. We do not take a product back under any circumstances, but will refund for damaged or lost goods when appropriate. We do not refund import denials, possible seizure or shipping cost. This site assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. upon delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work with you and the carrier for a satisfactory solution.

You may also be required to contact the carrier and file a report for an insurance claim. Please include your claim number when you email us. This will expedite processing.
