These are general guidelines and should be treated as such.
Choose between Pounds and Ounces for Weight. Choose the dosage between 2.5–30 mg. Hit “Calculate Dosage” and you’ll get the amount in mL’s to give.
Nitenpyram Dosage Guidelines
- Cats and Small Dogs (2–25 lbs):
0.5 mg per lb of body weight, once daily if needed - Medium to Large Dogs (26–125 lbs):
0.5 mg per lb is still standard, but higher-weight dogs often use a max dose cap (e.g., 57 mg)
